Lupadakhe – लुपदखे

Lupadakhe book originally written by Deepak Kannal and Kanika Gupta and translated in marathi by Vibha Oke, is a first attempt to open up a window for the viewers to immerse themselves into the prolific world of unknown and unsung Indian master sculptors and acknowledge their existence and understand the glyptic aesthetics of their creation through their very own eyes. It has a compilation of 178 images with references. The book informs us about the journey of the various sculptor guilds connected in time and their legacies that have been carried in myriad ways by the subsequent masters to fathom the twists and turns of Indian Sculptures.
